I need more detail about this great program

Select from the order sheet the type of cutlery you need. Then select the shipping method you wish. Standard UPS ground shipping is free. UPS Red or Blue label is charged at the UPS rate . You will be charged the rental prices shown for the cutlery and that's IT! There is no deposit required for the cutlery.

Two ways to order your cutlery:

On a one time or ‘per order’ basis, ordering only when you need it.
Automatic delivery, selecting when you would like us to ship you your order. Discounts apply when selecting automatic delivery.

Automatic delivery cycles:

Once per week
Once every 2 weeks
Once every 3 weeks
Once per month
Once every other month
Once every 3 months

Returning used cutlery for credit

If you do not wish to reorder and have cutlery to return, you can contact us via e mail or by telephone and we will send you a prepaid UPS pick up label so you can return the cutlery to us. There is no shipping charge for returning cutlery. Simply place it in the box we shipped it to you in, (these are heavy duty ‘knife re-tripper’ boxes) affix the prepaid shipping label we send you and hand it to any UPS driver.

When ordering for a second time, you will automatically be sent a UPS prepaid pick up label so you can return your previously ordered cutlery.
