By placing an order on this website the customer agrees to the following:

You are at least Eighteen years of age; and will not allow anyone who is not eighteen years of age to use these instruments.
That the cutlery ordered is used only for food service preparation in the manner it was intended for by the manufacturer.
The customer assumes full responsibility for its use as a sharp hand held cutting instrument and agrees to hold Nella Bros., Inc/ShipSharp harmless in the event of injury due to the use of this instrument.
The customer will contact us immediately in the event the cutlery supplied to them is unsatisfactory or is deemed unsafe by them.

Breakage and Loss:

As commercial cutlery suppliers we understand that during the rigors of everyday use occasionally cutlery is broken or lost in the kitchen. Nella Bros., Inc/ShipSharp will make every reasonable effort to absorb this loss. In the event loss or breakage becomes excessive, we reserve the right to cancel the account.

Return Policy:

In the event the order you received is unacceptable, You must notify us within 24 hours to receive credit or a replacement order whichever you choose. You will only receive return credit after the order has been returned and inspected by us. If you do not want a replacement order at this time we will refund the cost of the order.

Disclaimer:

ShipSharp Rental prices shown are based on market conditions, frequency of service and shipping costs associated with filling an order. Nella Bros., Inc./ShipSharp reserves the right to change pricing with prior customer consent on any ShipSharp order. In the event it is determined an order cannot be filled at the posted price, customer will be contacted before the order is filled with current pricing for their approval.
